Quadratic is a modern spreadsheet with native AI, code, and data connections built-in. Chat with your data, create interactive charts, and get insights in seconds right from your browser. No setup required.
had high hopes for this app but it formed badly not reading the data i had a simple spreadsheet. when i pointed out the errors the Ai apologized and said it got it wrong only to repeat the issue again. product idea is good wish it could deliver.
Quadratic looks like a lifesaver for working with data! Spreadsheets can get messy fast, so having AI help with coding and charts sounds really useful. Is it easy for someone with no coding skills to use all the features?
This is an extremely interesting tool! Use of AI to be able to quick generate charts is a very big time saver. This is one of the better use-cases of AI out there. And ofcourse having a modern, easy to use UI adds to the overall experience.
This looks like a powerful tool for data teams! Combining spreadsheets with Python and AI in a collaborative way is a genius move. Finally, a way to bridge the gap between analysts and engineers without constant back-and-forth! 🔥
Quick question—how does Quadratic AI handle large datasets compared to traditional spreadsheets? Any optimizations for performance?
One suggestion: It would be great to see integrations with platforms like Notion or Airtable for seamless data syncing. Any plans for that?
Congratulations on the introduction of Quadratic AI! Your product tackles the complexity of data analysis by integrating AI directly into spreadsheets.
What specific types of data connections does Quadratic support, and how do they enhance real-time insights for users compared to traditional spreadsheet tools?
great product, esp the native connectors would be really helpful for quick data-analysis. All the best for launch.
Kudos on launching Quadratic AI! The frustration of switching between spreadsheets, coding environments, and visualization tools has been a real pain point for data analysts, so this integrated solution is timely.
How does your AI handle data validation and error detection when users are chatting with their datasets compared to traditional spreadsheet formula checks?
The performance of this thing is pretty insane... Absolutely love that you can zoom out and see all the data at a high level vs scrolling for days in Google Sheets... Great work here team!
This is such an interesting tool! Seems much easier to work with than manually creating graphs on google sheets! The only thing I would be worried about is if google starts adding in AI functionalities to google sheets directly, just curious how do you plan to differentiate yourselves if/when this happens?
Good luck with the launch Quadratic team! 🥳
Been using Quadratic for months and it has been a huge unlock for me and my team!
We have been using this for internal tooling for quite awhile and it drastically improved how quickly we can analyze data. Recommend for anyone doing anything beyond the very basics in Google Sheets or Excel.
This was a game changer for cleaning up a list of about 1000 expense records and then comparing them against an accounting ledger. Wrote all the python with the built in ai copilot!
Welcome to Product Hunt, David! Congratulations on launching Quadratic! What you've built sounds incredibly powerful - making data accessible to everyone regardless of their technical background is a worthy mission. The combination of AI-powered coding, formula generation, visualization tools, and database connectivity all within a familiar interface could truly democratize data analysis. I'm particularly intrigued by how you've balanced power with accessibility. The PH community will surely appreciate a tool that removes barriers to data work. Looking forward to seeing Quadratic's impact as more people discover how to unlock insights from their data without specialized expertise!
After being hands on with Quadratic it's empowered me to do some pretty complex Python / Pandas data analysis with no previous experience. Chatting with the AI, seeing the results, but also getting to look at the code is really cool and helps one understand how it's all working. Looking forward to continuing to support the team.
Quadratic lives at a sweet spot for me. I love to code, but I’m also a visual thinker. When coding, I consistently find myself visualizing the shape of data in my head. Enter Quadratic, which combines code with a spreadsheet. No more continuous logging and printing. Now I work by fetching data and putting it on a structured grid, then I can shape it, manipulate it, and transform it until I have exactly what I want — and AI makes this process all 10x faster!
there is no general purpose AI canvas for working with information and structured data yet.
this has a chance of being that, with code, a spreadsheet interface, and of course LMs in the mix.
