Qrush Vault is a free desktop prompt manager for Windows and Mac — not another chat wrapper or monthly AI SaaS. Keep prompts in folders with search, bookmarks, and {{variables}} you fill once and reuse. Copy into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI you already use. Built for freelancers and small U.S. teams tired of hunting prompts across chat history, Docs, and screenshots. Local-first library so your system isn’t trapped in one vendor’s UI.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I kept rewriting the same client briefs because my “system” was half ChatGPT history, half Claude threads, half random Google Docs. Search never found the version that actually worked.
So I built Qrush Vault — a free desktop prompt manager for Windows and Mac.
What it does:
• Local library with folders, search, and bookmarks
• {{variables}} so you fill a client name once and reuse templates
• One-click copy into ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini (or whatever you already use)
What it is not:
• Not a chat wrapper
• Not a monthly subscription for the core app
I’d love honest feedback on:
1. First-run install (builds may show SmartScreen / Gatekeeper until code-signing is done)
2. Whether folders + search + variables is enough on day one
3. Anything confusing about a desktop library vs web tools

Qrush Vault was hunted by Deepsol. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
