I'm Foram Vasavada, founder of QQQE.
QQQE started from a frustration I kept seeing across Shopify stores: merchants had more data than ever, but still struggled to answer a simple question—*what should I fix first to grow revenue?*
Most analytics tools show dashboards, charts, and endless metrics. They tell you *what happened*, but not *why it matters*, *how serious it is*, or *what action to take next*. Store owners often end up jumping between spreadsheets, reports, marketing tools, and consultants trying to connect the dots.
We built QQQE to change that.
Instead of giving merchants more dashboards, QQQE acts as an AI Growth Advisor. It benchmarks a Shopify store against similar stores in the same category and price tier, identifies performance gaps across People, Product, Price, and Promotion, and converts those gaps into clear, severity-ranked problem statements.
One of the biggest evolutions during development was moving away from generic AI recommendations. Early versions generated plenty of suggestions, but merchants wanted prioritization. They needed to know which issue was costing the most revenue right now. That's why we introduced benchmark-driven severity scoring (Critical, Medium, Minor) and Quick Wins that focus attention on the highest-impact opportunities first.
Another key step was connecting insights directly to action. Finding problems is useful, but fixing them should be just as easy. That's why QQQE allows merchants to activate campaigns directly within the platform while keeping discount governance in place to protect margins.
