QPM
Autoplanning and resource control for complex work
QPM is a new generation of project management platform that helps teams plan and run complex work in one place. It connects goals, tasks, timelines, workloads, and execution through autoplanning, autoassignment, resource management, Gantt views, bug tracking, quality control, and real-time visibility. Built for teams that need less chaos and more control in their day-to-day work.
What problems does QPM solve?
QPM solves the core issues behind missed deadlines and overloaded teams:
lack of real capacity planning, disconnected goals and tasks, manual assignment, and constant plan breakdowns when conditions change.
It replaces static plans with a system that automatically aligns work, people, and priorities in real time — making execution predictable.
What inspired you to build this?
QPM was born out of real frustration from development teams.
Even strong teams with good tools kept missing deadlines, juggling priorities, and constantly firefighting instead of executing.
We realized the problem wasn’t people — it was the way planning works. What problem were you trying to solve?
Most tools help you track work, but not run it. They show timelines, but ignore capacity. They organize tasks, but don’t align them with real execution.
We wanted to solve one thing: how to make project execution predictable in real conditions.
