I'm Saad, founder of Qabil an application built for recruitment agencies across GCC.
We built QABIL because recruiting in the GCC has a problem most tools don't touch: every open role turns into a stack of CVs nobody has time to read properly, a growing share of those CVs are AI-written with inflated titles and invented credentials that are getting harder to catch by eye, and most screening tools silently skip or mishandle Arabic-language CVs even though a large share of GCC applicants apply in Arabic.
QABIL is a hiring copilot, not another ATS. It screens every applicant — Arabic or English — scores them on real fit and authenticity, and hands the recruiter a ranked shortlist instead of a pile of CVs.
The rule we built the whole product around: AI proposes, the recruiter decides. We never auto-reject a candidate, it's always a human call.
We're bootstrapped, live since 17 August, and still early days, so this is a genuine "come break it" launch. If you hire in the GCC, or deal with bilingual CVs anywhere, we'd love your feedback in the comments.
