PythonStarter - BTC Lightning Edition
Ship a Python app. Get paid by humans or AIs with Bitcoin.
Hey Hunters 👋
I'm back with a new edition of PythonStarter — this time with Bitcoin Lightning payments built in.
Stripe is great, but it locks you out of a huge chunk of the world. Lightning doesn't care where your customer lives, if they have a bank account, or even if they are human!
Now, anyone, or any AI agent, can pay you instantly - from anywhere.
That last part is what really got me excited. We're heading into a world where AI agents need to pay for APIs, services, and content on the fly.
Credit cards weren't designed for that. Lightning was. If you want to be agent-ready, you need Lightning-native payments.
So I built it into PythonStarter alongside everything else you already get out of the box - Flask foundations, auth, deployments, and now both Stripe and Lightning — all human-verified and production-ready.
Spend less time wiring up payment plumbing. Spend more time building the product only you can build. ⚡
