Pythie started the day I asked ChatGPT for tools in my own category and it named three competitors, citing a blog post from years ago. My own buyers were consulting an AI before they ever typed a search, and nothing in my analytics told me what it said about us. This is not fringe behavior: an IFOP survey found 54% of French people follow AI recommendations, and Pew measured roughly 50% fewer clicks when Google shows an AI answer.
So I built Pythie 🔮 (named after the oracle of Delphi). It checks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity every week and tells you if, how often and at what position your brand shows up, then digs into why: the exact URLs each engine cites, which competitors get named instead, and advice cards with prioritized, checkable next steps. The visibility score is position-weighted, because a #1 recommendation and a rank-6 afterthought should not count the same. Each question runs twice per scan, so week-over-week deltas are credible instead of LLM dice rolls.
Two honest limits: only those three engines for now (no Claude yet), and it measures visibility, it won't tell you what converted.
