PushContext
Capture the why behind every decision with context record.
PushContext captures decisions as they happen and pushes the right context to the right person at the right time. Not a chatbot. Not a wiki. A decision memory layer for Slack, Jira, GitHub and Google Workspace.
Hello Visitors 👋
I am Raj, founder of PushContext.
The problem I kept hitting: teams make sharp, well-reasoned decisions every week and then the reasoning evaporates. Six months later someone asks "why did we build it this way?" and the answer is buried in a Slack thread nobody can find, or it walked out the door with the person who made the call.
Documentation doesn't fix this, because nobody stops to write down the tradeoffs in the moment. The context lives in the conversation so that's where we capture it.
PushContext sits inside Slack and Jira (where most teams already live) and captures the why behind decisions: the constraints, the tradeoffs, the "we chose A over B because…". When someone needs that context later, it's searchable instead of gone.
This is our MVP — Slack and Jira today, more surfaces coming based on what you tell us you need. Early enough that your feedback will actually shape where it goes.
One question for you: where does context go missing on your team? And if you try it, tell me what feels clunky I'm reading every comment for this. 🙏

Who hunted PushContext?
PushContext was hunted by Raj Bandhu. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
