Why we built Pulse: a typical small site runs Google Analytics behind a cookie banner, an uptime monitor in another tool, and Search Console in a third tab. We wanted one dashboard that answers what site owners actually ask (how many people came, from where, what they read, and whether the site is fast and up) without cookies and without profiling visitors.
