What inspired this?
Last month a client asked us: We rank #2 on Google, but ChatGPT just recommended our competitor when I asked 'best marketing agency in JHB'. Why?"
That hit us. We checked 15 of our clients - 11 were invisible on AI search. They had SEO, but zero GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
People don't Google "plumber near me" anymore. They ask AI "who should I hire?" - and AI picks who to mention, not who to rank.

How did our approach evolve?
We started as a full-service agency in 2025 - pretty designs, paid ads, websites. But we kept seeing the same gap: beautiful sites that convert, but no one can find them via AI.
So we pivoted:
