Psychill Space is an independent, ad-free music discovery archive for psychedelic downtempo, ambient, psydub, techno, IDM, psytrance, bass music, psychedelic rock and visionary electronic music.
Inspired by Shpongle, I got into the world of music production. The music of Shpongle has changed my life and I never looked back. I've found it very hard to find more psychedelic music and tutorials, so I decided to create a discord server called PsyDowntempo, back in 2021. The server evolved over the years and changed names (first to Psychill Community, then Psychill Space). Fast forward to 2025, I launched a blog with the same name to share music reviews and other musical findings. While writing reviews, I also worked really hard to turn the website into hearth for psychedelic community. The site features a wide variety of blog articles focusing on psychedelic music as well as other connected genres, a music database with advanced filters, all albums and genres mapped onto a 2D space, social/community features, event browsing, and more.
