how does the video part work, do i upload straight from my phone or does it pull from an instagram link
Made my page in like two minutes and the DOTS score was a nice touch I didn't expect. Solid way to keep track of lifts without another app clogging my phone.
Finally threw my bench and squat on there and the DOTS calc is a nice touch. Wish I could embed the videos directly instead of just linking, but the page looks clean and loads fast on my phone.
Finally claimed my page and tossed the link in my bio, setup took like two minutes. Love that each PR pulls in the actual video, makes the wall way more legit than a screenshot spreadsheet.
The DOTS score on each profile is such a nice touch, makes it way more useful than just listing numbers. Love that it works without an app.
Does the video hosting happen on your end, or do you just embed links from YouTube or Instagram so people aren't uploading full lift clips somewhere new?
