We all want to manage our money smartly and systematically. Preferably without constant stress and guilt. We want something measured and calm.
That’s exactly what I was thinking about when building this app.
If you ban about fifty "finance gurus" from your feed, you're left with just 3 global budgeting strategies:
1. Hardcore control (for masochists). Tracking every single penny with endless category breakdowns. I actually live in this camp, but with my own philosophy. I like it, but I know very few people who do. For most, this approach is pure torture.
2. Proportions. This is where the 50/30/20 or 60% methods live. Micro-management is still there, mostly through juggling percentages across different categories and life areas.
3. Flexibility, flex, and Kakeibo. I wouldn't call it total freedom, but the mental load is definitely lighter.
We follow this algorithm:
- Get paid.
- Set aside a chunk for the future (the classic "pay yourself first" rule).
- Pay your mandatory fixed bills (rent, utilities, loans).
- Drop the remaining balance into JustPrune.com and spend it on whatever you want.
When you enter that remaining amount, the app calculates your daily limit, and you stick to it.
How? It doesn't matter. If you spend more than your daily allowance, it simply shrinks for the following days. Want to fix it or even increase it? Think twice today before spending your resource. Overspending and saving smoothly spread your budget across the days you have left to live this month.
Let's look at some simple math:

From there, it's all up to you.
