Art direction, at AI speed. --- Drop references, lock your style, and generate on a spatial board that remembers your project direction. Three modes: Ideate to explore, Iterate to build on a winner, Edit for fine-grain control. Object lock keeps your product/character consistent. Style lock preserves the aesthetic. Selected assets feed the next generation automatically.

Hey PH 👋 Quick context: I'm a brand manager by day. I spend my weeks running campaigns, briefing product shoots, and teaching junior creatives how to art-direct. And for the last two years, every AI image tool I touched made that work harder, not easier. You know the loop — prompt, regenerate, tweak words, pray, prompt copycat. Fine for one-off shots. Useless for real creative work where every image has to hold a consistent direction across a campaign, a product line, a brand deck. The tool doesn't know your project. It doesn't remember what you locked in yesterday. It doesn't care that this hero shot has to match the other five. And try teaching a junior to use it — "just write a better prompt" isn't a craft you can transfer. So I built the opposite of that. Provyx is a spatial canvas, not a chat box. The board is the context. Pin references, drop moodboards, generate in-place — and whatever you select instantly becomes reference for the next generation. No re-prompting. No re-uploading. The canvas thinks with you. Three modes that map to how creatives actually work: Ideate — explore a direction, more shots in the same vein Iterate — take a winner, build variations around it Edit — surgical, object-level control Plus the two locks that make it production-usable: Object lock — your product or character stays consistent across shots Style lock — the aesthetic holds across every generation Provyx recently won the Google DeepMind Hackathon 🏆 — which was a nice signal that the "canvas as context" bet is actually interesting to people who build this stuff for a living. But honestly, the validation I care about is whether it makes my own team's work faster on Monday morning. So far, yes. The bet: creatives don't need more generation power. They need art direction — a tool that treats them as the director, not the prompt monkey. Free to try at provyx.app. I'll be in comments all day. Two things I'd love to know: What's the biggest friction in your current AI image workflow? Which mode resonates most — Ideate, Iterate, or Edit? Let's talk shop. 🚀

Who hunted Provyx?

Provyx was hunted by An Thanh. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
