We kept running into the same problem: needing to share a working prototype with an investor or client, but not wanting to just hand out an unprotected URL. Building custom auth + NDA flows for every prototype felt like overkill.
ProtoWall sits as a reverse proxy in front of your app. You invite people by email, they accept a versioned NDA, and get proxied through to your prototype. If you update the NDA text, they have to re-accept.
Everything is audit-logged: timestamps, IPs, user agents, signatures. You can export a CSV trail or download per-reviewer PDF evidence packages if you ever need to prove someone agreed to your terms.
