Most protein trackers tell you how much protein you need. None of them tell you what to cook or how much to prepare. Protein Planner fixes that: → Enter your weight, get your daily protein goal → Pick from 22 high-protein recipes → Ingredients are auto-calculated to hit your exact target → Shopping list generated automatically No food logging. No calorie counting. Just cook. Built solo. Fully offline. No account needed.
Hey PH! 👋
I built Protein Planner because I kept running into the
same problem every day — I knew I needed 150g of protein,
but had no idea what to cook or how much chicken that
actually was.
So I spent a few months building this solo. The core idea
is simple: tell it your goal, pick a recipe, and it does
the math for you.
Would love any feedback — especially from people who cook
their own meals. Happy to answer any questions!
