Hey PH, Yuriy here - maker of ProseHire.

The problem I kept running into: the job application process has a technical layer most people never see.

Over 98% of companies run every resume through an ATS before a human touches it. The software does not read. It scans for exact keyword strings from the job description. A well-written resume with the wrong words scores zero and gets discarded automatically and no human ever sees it.

Once I understood that mechanic, the fix was obvious. Every resume needs to be rewritten for the specific job description it is going to face. Rewritten, in the exact language that posting is scoring for. That is what ProseHire does. You upload your profile once. Paste any job description. It runs 5 passes: generate, ATS optimize, humanize, then score and tells you your ATS score, human readability score, and keyword match rate before you download anything.

The feature I am most proud of is the Humanization Slider. Most AI resume tools produce output that reads like a template. Same bullet lengths, same verb patterns, same hollow polish. Recruiters clock it fast. ProseHire's 1-5 scale goes from pure ATS-mode to output that genuinely reads like a person wrote it, varied structure, natural phrasing, no tells.

There is also Imperfection Mode, which adds three subtle human touches specifically to pass AI detection tools like GPTZero. Happy to generate a live sample in the comments if anyone wants to see the before and after on a real job description. Just drop one below.
