PropMIS
AI-powered HOA software for modern community teams
Hey Product Hunt!
I’m excited to share PropMIS — an AI-native HOA management platform built for boards, community associations, and property management companies.
The idea came from a simple frustration: HOA operations are still too manual. Boards and managers spend too much time answering repeat resident questions, chasing documents, tracking violations, coordinating vendors, collecting dues, and preparing updates.
PropMIS brings these workflows into one modern platform:
• Resident and owner portals
• Dues and assessment tracking
• Announcements, meetings, polls, and documents
• Violation and compliance workflows
• Vendor bids and work orders
• AI assistance for resident questions, summaries, and admin work
Our goal is not to replace community managers or boards. It is to remove the busywork so they can spend more time actually serving their communities.
We’re launching early and would love feedback from HOA board members, property managers, community managers, and anyone who has dealt with HOA operations.
What would you want modern HOA software to do better?
