PropLedger
The trade journal built for funded futures traders
Hey everyone, maker here.
I built PropLedger because every trade journal I tried was made for retail traders trading their own cash. None of them understood the thing that actually ends funded accounts: the rulebook. Trailing drawdown, daily loss limits, and consistency targets that change with your firm and account size.
PropLedger does three things normal journals do not:
1. It loads your exact prop-firm rules. Pick your firm and account size (Apex, MyFundedFutures, Topstep, Take Profit Trader, Tradeify) and it tracks your live distance to every limit.
2. It keeps LIVE and BACKTEST trades separate, so your real execution numbers never get hidden inside your backtest average.
3. It only shows a stat once it has enough sample behind it, with the sample size attached, so you are not making decisions on eight trades.
It auto-logs Tradovate fills through a Chrome extension, so journaling is not manual.
Free to start at prop-ledger.org. Would love your feedback, especially from funded and evaluation traders.
