What inspired this?
As a developer and business owner, I’ve managed countless outbound campaigns and email setups. The biggest headache? Frustrating delivery issues, disconnected systems, and complicated server setups. Sending emails should be straightforward, but keeping them out of the spam folder feels like a full-time job.
We built ProperSend to completely eliminate the technical friction of outbound email marketing. Our goal was to create a modern, highly secure ecosystem that puts total control over deliverability back into your hands.
What makes it different?
Instead of just giving you another standard email template tool, we built ProperSend from the infrastructure up. It combines powerful, modular cold email automation with a robust system designed strictly to protect and maintain your sending reputation. We focused heavily on creating a premium, lightning-fast user experience that makes managing large-scale outreach feel seamless.
