Hey Product Hunt!
Built this as a final-year CS student after watching friends juggle 3-4 tools just to send a single invoice. Google Docs for the proposal, Stripe for the invoice, some random PDF tool, and then forgetting to follow up anyway.
PropCraft's core idea is simple: proposal → invoice → payment reminder should be one flow, not four apps.
A few things I'm particularly proud of:
-The GST invoicing is actually correct (IGST vs CGST+SGST auto-determined by client state-most tools get this wrong)
-Proposals convert to invoices in one click, no re-entering data
-The client portal means clients never have to ask "can you resend that invoice"
-Dual INR/USD pricing with auto-detection for Indian and international billing
