PromptPlanner is a native Mac app for turning notes, TODOs, recurring tasks, and project goals into prompt cards you can copy into AI tools. Organize work into boards and project lanes, schedule reusable prompt templates, archive completed cards, and track progress with local analytics.
Hey Product Hunt,
I built PromptPlanner because my AI workflow was getting scattered across notes, TODO's and copied prompts.
PromptPlanner gives each project its own lane, goal, and prompt backlog. You can copy a single card, or copy a full project as a structured prompt with the goal and remaining work included.
It also supports recurring templates for prompts you repeat daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks.
I’d love your feedback on:
- Whether the project-lane workflow feels clear
- What recurring prompt workflows you would use
- What would make this more useful for builders working with AI tools every day
Thanks for taking a look.
