The Backstory: Like many of you, I found myself spending way too much time second-guessing high-stakes messages—whether it was delivering tricky manager feedback, negotiating deadlines, or handling client friction. I wanted a tool that didn't just rephrase text, but served as a situational communication coach to help hit the exact right tone (Diplomatic, Firm, Executive, Collaborative).
