Project Navigator
AI execution-readiness platform for project leaders
Project Navigator turns early kickoff notes and business ideas into structured execution blueprints. Instead of managing daily task tickets, it focuses on "the work before the work"—automatically structuring Scope & SOW boundaries, RACI stakeholder matrices, RAID risk logs, and executive steering memos in seconds. Export clean blueprints directly to PDF or Markdown to align stakeholders before day one.
Hi Product Hunt community! 👋
I’m Akili, a senior IT project manager and technology consultant with 20+ years leading enterprise modernization initiatives.
Throughout my career, I noticed a consistent pattern: projects rarely run into trouble because engineers can't build or teams lack task boards. They drift, hit false starts, and bleed momentum because the work before the kickoff was ambiguous. Scope boundaries were loose, RACI ownership wasn't documented, and critical third-party dependencies surfaced eight weeks too late.
I built Project Navigator (projectnavigator.ai) to handle "the work before the work." It takes unstructured kickoff notes and instantly generates:
• Defined Scope & SOW boundaries (with explicit out-of-scope exclusions)
• Clear RACI stakeholder matrices
• Pre-kickoff RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• One-click executive brief exports (PDF & Markdown)
We have an interactive sandbox on the homepage and a free tier with no credit card required. I’d love to hear your feedback on the structure of the blueprints!
Hi, i liked your idea and the concept behind this project, i feel like it can help bridging the brainstorming and execution phases, i do find myself more than often spending time concluding and deducing plans from brainstorming notes and sessions.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
Across 20+ years of delivering enterprise IT initiatives, the pattern never changes:
Projects stall during execution because they are compromised at kickoff.
Tools like Jira and Asana track tickets once execution begins, but they ignore the upstream planning phase. PMs, founders, and delivery leads routinely burn 20 to 40 hours untangling messy kickoff notes, vague emails, and stakeholder expectations into baseline documentation.
We built Project Navigator to automate that entire upstream PMO foundation:
• Scope Boundaries & Core Objectives: Concrete guardrails around what is in scope vs. out of scope.
• Interactive RACI Matrix: Explicit stakeholder governance and decision accountability.
• Structured WBS: Phase-mapped deliverables and realistic durations across the delivery lifecycle.
• Executive Brief (PDF / Markdown): An audit-ready, 2-page brief ready for executive sign-off before sprint 1 begins.
Explore the free tier: Run our live sample templates (Cloud Migration, SaaS Launch, ERP Cutover) directly at https://projectnavigator.ai without needing your own notes.
For the operators here: How many days usually elapse between your first discovery call and a fully approved scope boundary—and what’s the single biggest assumption that tends to bite you later?
Looking forward to your thoughts and feedback! 🚀
