Hi, I'm Dylan. There are two of us building Project Feed, and we're funding it ourselves. We use it to track our own development work.
Project Feed is for teams making games, design work and other projects that need regular review. The feed shows updates across your projects. Attach files to a post, discuss the work there, and link the relevant tasks, docs or canvases.
File review works in the browser with images, video, audio, PDFs, 3D models, Rive files and sprite sheets. Draw on an image, comment on a video frame or audio time range, or pin feedback to a 3D model. You can turn a comment into a task that links back to the original review.
Tasks have board, list and timeline views, with assignees, priorities, due dates, subtasks and checklists. Use a timer or add time manually, compare it with estimates, and export a timesheet. Analytics covers completed and overdue work, review activity and delivery trends.
Docs let teammates edit together, comment on specific passages, add media and restore earlier versions. Shared canvases give you room for moodboards, references and diagrams, with project files, drawing tools and connectors. Chat supports file attachments and links to tasks or docs.
For client work, choose which updates to publish to a portal. Clients sign in through an email link to review files, leave feedback, and approve the work or request changes. They see the version you published. Your team replies from the original post, while internal drafts and discussions stay in the workspace.
GitHub and Jira can sync issues, tasks and comments. There are also integrations for Slack, Discord, Perforce, GitLab, Steamworks, Sentry, Figma and Google Drive.
For your own tools, there's a REST API, signed webhooks, the pf CLI and an MCP server. You can post build results from CI or connect Codex, Claude Code and other compatible agents to read task requirements and update progress as they work. You choose the access they get.
The free plan includes three editors, three active projects, 5 GB of storage and one Project Feed-branded client portal, plus the core feed, task, doc, canvas and review tools. No card needed. Viewers and clients are free on every plan.
Pro is $12 per editor per month when billed annually. It adds unlimited projects and portals, 100 GB of storage per editor, integrations, advanced analytics and full API, CLI and MCP access. There's a 14-day Pro trial without a card. Enterprise is available for teams that need guided SSO setup and audit or compliance reporting.
