Programmable Talk
Get people to your event, and see what brought them
Programmable Talk gets people to your event, wherever it runs (Luma, Eventbrite, Zoom, Meetup, a venue). Guests register by sending one email, a QR scan or a personal invite. It plans your posts and emails with dates, gives speakers and sponsors their own kits, checks people in from your phone, and follows up differently with who came and who didn't. Every sign-up says where it came from.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Dan, the maker of Programmable Talk.
Most events already have a home: a Luma page, an Eventbrite listing, a Zoom webinar, a Meetup group. What they don't have is a good way for people to get there, or any idea which post, flyer or speaker actually filled the room.
Programmable Talk is that layer. You describe the event in one sentence and it's live in a press, with:
Register by sending one email. A guest taps once, their own email opens filled in, they press send. The confirmation answers their message with a personal page: ticket, calendar file, questions for you, and their own link to bring someone.
A way in for everything you post. Every link, QR code, poster and email address carries its own code, so each registration says where it came from. QR scans are counted (link previews aren't).
A plan to fill the room: posts, emails and nudges, each with a date, drafted for you to approve. A series gets one campaign, timed from each session's own date.
Posters for every channel (print, banner, video thumbnail), each with its own QR code.
Kits for speakers, partners and sponsors: their own link, QR code, share cards with their name, copy to paste, and how many people they brought. Sponsors get the registrants who chose to share their details, and no one else.
Personal invites: a page addressed to each person you invite, one tap to say yes, or that they can't make it. Opening the link never registers anyone.
Check-in at the door with your phone's camera, even with no signal. No app, no scanner.
Follow-up that knows who came and who didn't, and streaming to YouTube, Twitch and LinkedIn at once.
The gallery is filmed in a demo account with made-up people; the full narrated demos are at programmable.talk/showcase.
A few things people ask:
It doesn't replace Luma or Eventbrite. The event stays where it runs, and registrations can be sent there.
No AI on my key: research and writing run on your own keys, when you connect them.
14 days of Pro, no card. Then $19 or $39 a month.
I'd love to hear how you get people to your events today. I'll be here all day.

Who hunted Programmable Talk?
Programmable Talk was hunted by Dan Mullaney.
