I built ProfitVane because I kept seeing small Shopify merchants make decisions based on revenue when they had no idea what their actual profit was. Shopify's built-in analytics don't subtract COGS, payment fees, or ad spend — so merchants think they're doing well when margins are actually being eaten alive. The incumbents (Triple Whale, Lifetimely) solve this but cost $100–300/mo, which prices out the long tail of merchants doing $10k–$500k/year. ProfitVane does the 20% of features that matter for $19/mo. Would love any feedback on what's missing.
