Professor Goose
The AI goose that exposes what you don't actually understand
most study tools give you information. professor goose refuses to. you explain a topic out loud and the goose asks follow-up questions until your gaps become impossible to ignore. based on the Feynman Technique: if you can explain it, you understand it. If you can't, the goose will find out. voice-first. intelligent. free to try.
I built professor goose because I kept rereading notes before exams and thinking I understood things, then blanking when it really mattered.
the core idea is simple: the goose never gives you answers. It only asks questions. That one constraint forces you to actually retrieve and articulate what you know, which is what makes knowledge stick.
the voice mode is what really works well, speaking out loud is genuinely harder than typing, and the goose's follow-up questions make you properly think. there's also a real time understanding bar, so you have to explain the topic to the goose until he really gets it. also supports subtle hints if you get stuck, but the goose stays in character the whole time.
would love to know: how useful do you find this? and brutal feedback welcome, this is early and im actively building
