I built Screen Share Privacy Field Masker because screen sharing is now part of daily work, but most teams still expose emails, phone numbers, customer names, addresses, billing data or private images by accident.
The Chrome extension masks sensitive fields directly in the browser before you share, record or capture a screen. You can hide common data types automatically, add custom words, blur images/videos, scope protection by URL or current tab, and use Page Scan when you only want to hide selected fields on a specific page.
Privacy was the main product rule: page content, detected values and custom mask rules stay local. The server is only used for trial/license sync, payment links and aggregate usage counters.
I would love feedback on three things:
1. Which sensitive data type should be added next?
2. Would team/shared masking policies be useful for agencies and support teams?
3. Which workflow should be improved first: Page Scan, URL rules or media blur?
