PrintPilot
Automatically turn every print into a PDF and email it
👋 Hi Product Hunt!
I'm Bülent, the creator of PrintPilot.
The idea came from something I kept seeing in real businesses.
Every day, people print invoices, shipping labels, receipts, reports, and other documents. Then they manually save each one as a PDF, attach it to an email, and send it.
It works—but it's repetitive and wastes a surprising amount of time.
So I built PrintPilot.
PrintPilot installs as a virtual printer for Windows. Just print as usual, and it can automatically:
✅ Convert the document to PDF
✅ Send it by email
✅ Work with almost any Windows application
✅ Eliminate repetitive manual steps
No changes to your existing software or workflow—just install, print, and let PrintPilot handle the rest.
I've spent months building and refining PrintPilot, and today I'm excited to finally share it with the Product Hunt community.
I'd genuinely love your feedback. What features would make PrintPilot even more useful for your workflow?
Thank you for checking it out! 🚀
