Hey PH 👋 This place is full of complex, technical, ambitious products. This isn’t one of them, and that’s kind of the point. For two years I used the Eisenhower matrix by downloading a picture of the four quadrants, dropping it into Apple Notes, and writing my tasks on top of the image. That was my actual system. It worked, but it was ridiculous, and every real app I tried was either clunky or ugly. I wanted one so badly and none of them had the intuitiveness I needed. So I built it myself. “Should be easy with AI, right?” Spoilers (It wasn’t) Three months vibe coding in React Native, got to 70%, then realised it would never feel like a real iOS app. iOS reads the speed and arc of your swipe to know what you meant, and React Native just couldn’t do that. Swipe-to-dismiss kept catching and bouncing back. So I scrapped almost all of it and rebuilt native in Swift. Then drag-and-drop, the core of a matrix app, took 5 weeks alone. Tasks vanished mid-drag, dropped invisible, opened the wrong screen. Turned out two drag engines were running at once, fighting each other. I only found it because the AI started logging what my phone was actually doing. Six months total. I’m a designer with zero coding experience, and the app exists now. It’s called Primora. Four quadrants, sort by urgent vs important, a brain-dump page for everything unsorted. And the intuitiveness I never found anywhere else: full iOS gestures, drag-and-drop across quadrants, swipe to move and dismiss, a floating action button you can drag anywhere, and Apple Calendar integration so your tasks and deadlines live together.
