Price2Table
Turn PDF price lists into clean Excel in 30 seconds
Most PDF-to-Excel tools convert any document the same way. This one is built for supplier documents specifically: price lists, catalogues, invoices. The difference is that it remembers each supplier. Map their columns once, and their next file converts on its own — no setup, no cleanup. It also reads scans and phone photos, and copes with tables printed without borders. 3 pages free. Paid packs are one-time and never expire.
Hi PH 👋
I built this for a fairly boring problem: getting supplier price lists out of PDF and into Excel.
Every supplier sends a different layout. Different column order, headers merged in odd ways, some send scans, some send a photo taken on a phone. Generic PDF converters give you something, you spend twenty minutes cleaning it up, and then next month the same file arrives and you do it all again.
So the main idea here is that it remembers the supplier. You fix the columns once, and next time that supplier's file comes out right on its own.
Honest status: it's been up for a few months, about 30 people have used it, and it has exactly one paying customer — who turned out to be in Australia. I did not see that coming, I built it with a completely different market in mind.
So this is less of a big launch and more of me finally showing it to people. If you deal with supplier PDFs, I'd really like to hear what your workflow actually looks like — especially the parts that annoy you most.
