PrepIt helps coffee shops manage inventory, scheduling, recipes, batch prep, and daily operations in one system. Stop relying on endless spreadsheets and messy manager workflows.
I’m Dan, and I’m building PrepIt - coffee shop operations software for inventory, scheduling, recipes, batch prep, and daily operations.
I started working on PrepIt because too many coffee shops still run on spreadsheets, scattered notes, and disconnected tools. That creates mistakes, wasted time, and extra stress for managers and staff. I wanted to build something that makes daily shop operations clearer, faster, and easier to manage.
PrepIt is designed to help coffee shop teams keep track of what matters in one place:
inventory scheduling recipes and batch prep day-to-day operations
I’d really love your feedback on:
the overall idea the positioning and messaging which feature would matter most to you first
Thanks for checking my project out -I'm here and happy to answer questions all day.
PrepIt is built for coffee shop operations, with tools designed to help cafés manage inventory, batch prep, recipes, checklists, scheduling, clock-ins, and daily team workflows in one connected platform.
A lot of coffee shops still rely on scattered systems to run important parts of the business. Inventory may live in one place, prep notes in another, recipes somewhere else, and daily task execution often depends too much on memory. PrepIt is being built to bring those workflows together in a clearer and more practical way.
Recent updates have been focused on making the product more connected and more useful in day-to-day operations, including stronger scheduling workflows, cleaner operational structure, and better support for how coffee shop teams actually work across shifts and stations.
We’re still early, but the goal is simple: make coffee shop operations more organized, more consistent, and easier to manage.
Would really appreciate your support, feedback, and thoughts on the launch.
