As a vendor, I use it to streamline my bookings and staff management. I can launch promotions, set up holidays or weekly closing days, while users can easily locate nearby vendors, check real-time availability, find active deals, and book appointments even when the shop is closed.
What inspired me to create this solution was a personal experience shared by many people I know.
The main problem is that booking an appointment usually requires a phone call, and even after booking, you often end up waiting at the shop. On top of that, while getting a haircut or a massage, the professional frequently pauses the service to answer incoming calls so they don't lose potential clients, leaving the customer feeling ignored.
Our platform solves these issues on both sides:
For Service Providers: If a customer cancels, the system automatically notifies other clients to fill the open spot. This prevents costly schedule gaps and keeps the business fully booked.
For Clients: Anyone can book directly from the landing page without registering. However, users who sign up and favorite their preferred shops get instant updates on schedule changes, special promotions, and new services.
