This started as an idea: what if GitHub could remember the decisions your team has already made? I built PRBeliefs to experiment with that idea. It reviews pull requests while using knowledge from previous reviews instead of treating every PR like it's the first one. I'd really appreciate any feedback, ideas, or criticism.
