Praxis takes the mental overhead out of taking supplements. You add your supplements, and Praxis figures out the rest. It reads your calendar and places reminders into gaps in your day, so they arrive when you can act on them. It handles timing and food requirements, detects supplement conflicts, and spaces them out automatically. Instead of constantly figuring out what to take, when to take it, and how everything fits together, you can focus on one thing: Being Consistent.
I built Praxis out of a simple need: I wanted to actually be consistent with my supplements, and doing it manually just did not work for me.
My calendar looks different every day, so a reminder set for noon works fine Monday and lands right in a meeting Tuesday. Then there is the extra stuff on top, this one needs food, that one needs an empty stomach, these two cannot be too close together, and I would end up figuring all of that out fresh every single day. None of it was hard by itself, it just added up, and eventually I would miss a day, then a few, then realize a month had gone by. Praxis reads my actual calendar, works out where each supplement fits that day, and handles the food, timing, and conflict stuff on its own, so the only thing left for me to actually do is take it.
That is really the whole point of building this: taking away all the calculation, friction, and barriers off your plate.

Who hunted Praxis?
Praxis was hunted by Vivek chaplot. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
