I built Praxilo because every performance review felt like a memory test.
I'd spend hours digging through Jira tickets, Slack messages, emails, and documents trying to remember what I'd actually accomplished over the previous year.
The work happened.
The evidence existed.
It was just scattered everywhere.
Praxilo is an early experiment to see whether professionals would benefit from a dedicated place to capture achievements as they happen and use them later for promotions, reviews, and interviews.
This is very early and I'm still validating the problem, so I'd genuinely love honest feedback:
