I'm excited to introduce Pravyon CRM.
We started building Pravyon after working closely with small and medium manufacturing businesses, fabricators, distributors, and sales teams. One problem kept appearing everywhere: businesses were generating leads, but many of those leads were never followed up properly.
Leads from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, phone calls, websites, and referrals were scattered across spreadsheets, notebooks, and individual employees' phones. Quotations were created manually, follow-ups were missed, and business owners had very little visibility into what was actually happening in their sales pipeline.
We built Pravyon to solve this challenge.
Pravyon brings lead management, quotation generation, customer follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and IndiaMART integration into a single platform. Our goal is to help businesses respond faster, stay organized, and convert more inquiries into customers without increasing administrative work.
Throughout development, we spent significant time listening to real users and refining the product based on their feedback. Features like automated lead capture, WhatsApp integration, quotation management, and activity tracking were added because customers repeatedly told us these were their biggest pain points.
Today, Pravyon is helping businesses manage their sales process more efficiently and reduce missed opportunities.
