Hi PH 👋 We planned our own wedding in a notes app — hundreds of scattered lines, no dates, no totals. Nobody teaches you this, and the "checklists" out there are static blog posts designed to sell you vendors.
So I built Posy: enter your date, and it shapes 125+ tasks to your exact timeline — 14 months or 6 weeks, it compresses intelligently. Everything's checkable, printable, and free with no account. The $29 Kit (once, not a subscription) adds the budget planner, guest list + RSVPs, vendor comparison sheets, and a seating planner.
What we deliberately didn't build: vendor marketplaces, ads, countdown-anxiety timers, or anything that sells you to photographers. Your plan is yours.

The checklist looks super helpful, especially how it adjusts based on your timeline. One thing I'd love to see is the ability to add custom tasks that slot into the same month-by-month view, so they don't feel like a separate floating list. Maybe even let me tag them as his, hers, or ours so we're not constantly texting each other asking who's handling what.
