I built PostureKind after experiencing how easy it is to stay locked into one screen position for too long. I did not want another loud timer or a tool that uploaded video.
PostureKind compares sustained visible changes with a comfortable reference you choose. Camera frames and raw pose landmarks stay on the device. The camera can also be turned off while movement, distance-gaze, and foot-support reminders continue.
It is available on web, Chrome, and macOS. There is a ten-minute no-account demo, and paid plans begin at $3.99 per month after a seven-day trial.
I would especially value feedback on calibration clarity, whether the cues feel genuinely gentle, and whether the camera/privacy boundary is easy to understand. Please share criticism rather than upvoting out of obligation.
