I built Postlyo after setting up one too many blogs the old way — a CMS, then an SEO plugin, then an analytics script, then a paywall tool, then hosting to keep it all alive. The writing was the easy part; the stack was the work.
Postlyo is that whole stack as one product. You write in an editor that helps you draft and tighten posts, get SEO feedback before publishing, point your own domain at it, and see real analytics after. Multi-author blogs get team roles, and you can turn on paid subscriptions whenever you're ready.
It's early and I'm onboarding creators now, so I'd love blunt feedback — especially on the editor and where the pricing feels wrong.
What's the one thing your current blogging setup makes harder than it should be?
Finally a blogging platform that doesn't make me install 12 plugins just to publish a post. The built-in SEO feedback while drafting is genuinely useful, especially for longer pieces.
Tried Postlyo for a weekend and the SEO feedback as I drafted was genuinely useful, not just generic tips. Publishing to my own domain without any plugin fuss felt like cheating in the best way.
honestly this looks pretty solid for someone who just wants to start writing without wiring up five different tools. one thing that would be nice though is built-in email capture and a newsletter tool, basically so readers can subscribe without needing to bolt on something like ConvertKit or Mailchimp separately. would round out the whole "all in one" promise pretty well
