We're thrilled to announce that our AI Assistant is now live in our email builder! After conducting extensive beta tests over the past few months, we're excited to release this innovative feature to our Agency plan clients. With the AI writing assistant, you can streamline your email writing process and create engaging, high-quality content with ease.
New Integrations
Now you can effortlessly connect Postcards with Klaviyo, Brevo (Sendinblue), SendGrid, and SendPulse. Create visually stunning emails and send them through your preferred platform in no time.
Export to Outlook
Export to EMLTPL for Outlook on Mac OS (Windows coming soon!): We've heard your feedback, and we've added an export to EMLTPL feature. This allows you to use your Postcards templates directly in your Outlook account.
Basic Modules 🎉
We understand the importance of personalization in email marketing. So, we've added Basic Modules with a custom HTML module, giving you even more creative control over your email templates.
Projects
We have refined the “Projects” feature. Now you can organize emails by folders and files, any the ones you remove will be stored in the "Deleted" folder. The update also gives you improved search functionality.
Image settings
Images are an essential part of every email newsletter design. That’s why we have developed new features for image customization. We'll continue developing the image customization tool, so you don't need to use any other software when you’re working with images.
More advanced font editing
We heard your requests for editing multiple fonts in a project, adjusting line height, font weight, and letter spacing. All of those features are included! Voila =)
Advanced spacing controller
With this one, we decided to take it a step further and make the process of editing the space around elements as intuitive as possible. Use the “watch” controller to push or pull parameters and see changes right in the editing space. We’d love to hear your feedback about the controller!

I've tried multiple other email builders, and post-cards is by far the most intuitive and user friendly. Not to mention that the HTML copies over perfectly. Would love to see a customer.io integration. Congrats to the team on the new release!!

My response is: dark mode preview.
Before shifting to Postcards, we were using the built-in editors that came with our various ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Moosend, Aweber). Although they were sufficient, they often resulted in generic designs with inconsistent responsiveness, and occasionally, messy HTML code.
We don't employ Postcards for any complex designs. However, it has enabled us to generate consistent, clean layouts with a broad brand identity, regardless of the program we use to send emails.
As previously mentioned, we are extremely pleased with the support we receive. There are hardly any bugs, and most of our queries are typically along the lines of "how do I do x?"
It makes a lot of difference to us, We are someone who frequently designs new emails. Postcards features will improve our creativity and productivity. Congrats on the launch

I was trying to understand the value of Postcards, coming from a marketing background and using email editors since 2013. Honestly, initially it felt like any other email editor out there. I then started reading some of the testimonials and I started understanding the issues that Postcards was actually solving for. While going through the demo, I noticed that there are sections with templates like, eCommerce. I really liked how easily I can built & export an email.
One feedback I had, it would be great if the website had use-case based pages - so that users can relate their pain points with their own use-case. This will motivate users to try out the tool with a purpose. Apart from that, really nice & clean design, love the design language you guys have.
