PoolMgmt
Pool service software built around the daily work.
PoolMgmt helps independent pool service companies manage daily routes, customers, service history, chemicals, photos, work orders, technicians, and billing in one focused workspace. Built for small teams replacing paper notes, texts, and spreadsheets. Technicians work from routes and flag billable work; owners and bookkeepers review activity and prepare invoices with QuickBooks support. Early access pricing starts at $0.50 per active pool/month with no monthly minimum.
I started building PoolMgmt after seeing how much of my sons’ pool-service businesses was managed through paper notes, texts, spreadsheets, and separate accounting tools. Their spouses handle much of the bookkeeping, so reducing office cleanup mattered as much as helping technicians in the field. I’m sharing it in early access to learn what is useful, what is missing, and where the workflow still needs work.
