PoolFluxData
The operations platform built for pool service pros
Running a pool service business often means juggling client info in your head, chemical logs on paper, and schedules across texts and spreadsheets. PoolFluxData brings it all together: ποΈ Visit scheduling & route planning π₯ Client & property management π§ͺ Chemical treatment history per pool π Auto-generated reports for clients π± PWA β works on any device, no app store needed Built by a solo developer who wanted pool techs to spend less time on paperwork and more time growing their business
Hey Product Hunt! π
I'm Rodrigo, a solo backend developer, and I built PoolFluxData after noticing how many independent pool technicians and small pool service companies still run their entire business on paper notebooks, text messages, and memory.
The problem: if you service 30+ pools a week, how do you remember exactly what chemicals you added to each one two weeks ago? How do you keep client history organized without a spreadsheet nightmare?
PoolFluxData solves that with:
β’ Client & property management
β’ Visit scheduling
β’ Chemical treatment history per pool
β’ Client-facing reports
It's a PWA, so it works on any phone/tablet without needing an app store install β important for techs who are in the field all day.
I'd love your feedback, especially if you work in field services (even outside pool maintenance) β what would make a tool like this a must-have for you?
Thanks for checking it out! π
The route planning alongside chemical history is a smart comboβit's clear you actually talked to pool techs before building this. PWA-first was the right call for a workforce that's usually out in the sun with sketchy signal.
honestly looks really solid, especially the route planning since that eats up so much time. one thing i'd love to see is automatic low-supply alerts when chemical usage gets logged, basically so techs know they need to restock before they head out. would save a lot of surprise trips back to the warehouse
Tried the scheduling view and it actually maps out my route in a sensible order, which I didn't expect. Chemical log history per pool is the standout for me.
