I love finding the perfect gifts for my family and friends, and I built Pomp to make thoughtful gift-giving easier for everyone to foster strong relationships with their loved ones. Did you know that while gift givers tend to prefer picking out a surprise, research shows that recipients prefer the thoughtfulness of receiving something they specifically want or need? That’s where Pomp comes in.
Recipients can curate a wishlist for their special occasion, and their friends and family can choose what to purchase while keeping it a surprise from the recipient until the celebration begins. Everyone involved gets to participate in a meaningful gift exchange that spreads joy during all of life's special occasions.
Most registry websites are designed for traditional lifecycle events like weddings and baby showers. But there are many more occasions that should be celebrated! Use Pomp for birthdays, graduations, divorces, housewarming parties, and more.
The free version of Pomp lets you have one active registry at a time, and claim gifts off of any registry shared with you. Pro users can have unlimited active registries, add collaborators to any registry, bookmark gifts in a Wishlist that can be moved to a registry later, and save Important Dates for Pomp to remind you about. Group plans create a private workspace with Pro-level features for you and your guests to share registries for a specific upcoming event - great for the holiday season!
We don’t process any payments besides the subscription fee - all purchases happen on the vendor’s website. This is different from most other registry sites that charge processing fees, add their own affiliate links to your registry, or upcharge items. Our model lets anyone get started for free, and there are no hidden charges - we want it easy for you to celebrate any and all special occasions!
