What would be cool is if you could repurpose this for blue collar workers to build themselves a website simply by calling a number and describing their plumber business for example

why doesn't it work? i am trying to call a phone number from Bangladesh.but it says call failed every time.

The 50+ languages support is huge, too. Quick question on the outbound calling side: How does PollyReach handle automated phone trees/menus (IVR)? If it calls a restaurant and hits a "Press 1 for reservations, press 2 for hours" prompt, can the AI navigate those steps on its own to reach the right person?

Is there any issue going currently - it doesn't seem to work, I tried it on an Indian number.

the 24/7 answering and spam screening is actually the feature i'd pay for before the outbound calling. but i'd want to know how it handles calls that are ambiguous, like a call that starts sounding like spam but turns out to be a real person you'd want to talk to. does it make that judgment call and potentially screen out something important or does it always route uncertain calls through? that failure mode matters a lot more than the easy cases

This is one of those products where the demo can be simple but the real test is annoying real life. Booking a table sounds easy until the place is closed, the number is stale, the person asks a follow-up question, or the bot has to negotiate between "7pm" and "we only have 7:45."

I’d love to see examples of failed or partial calls, not just successful ones. A useful agent should say “I called, they didn’t answer,” “they only had 8pm,” or “I wasn’t confident enough to confirm,” instead of pretending the task completed.
