I built Podium because I was tired of every "ranking" online being decided by an algorithm nobody understands — views, engagement, whatever a platform decides matters this week. So I made the opposite: a leaderboard with zero algorithm. Rank is exactly what you pay, nothing else, visible to everyone, updating live.
It started as a simple question: what happens if you make status literally purchasable and totally transparent about it? Turns out watching someone get outbid in real time is oddly compelling — there's a live "overtake" animation when someone takes your spot.
