I was tired of to-do lists. Forty things on a list, all the same size, all urgent in some way. Which one is really the priority? Does that sound familiar?
That's why I built Plotwins around a matrix. You place each task by its impact, the benefit you expect, and its effort, the time or money it takes. It makes it much easier to answer: "What should I do first?"
