Hey everyone! This is my first app on the App Store, so I'm both excited and nervous to share it.
The story behind PlaySnap is pretty simple: I had thousands of photos on my phone that I literally never looked at. They were just... there, buried in the library. I wanted a reason to actually see them again.
So I built this app that turns your own photos into a daily game. Every day it shows you photos you took on the same day in previous years, and you try to guess the year and location. It's surprisingly fun — and a little emotional when you see old travel photos or pics from years ago.
But the best part? When I share a photo with friends or family and ask "do you know when this was?" — it starts the most fun conversations. Everyone tries to guess, we laugh about wrong answers, and suddenly we're reliving memories together. That's what made me keep building it.
