Playlist
Load many Claude Code skills with one slash command
Playlist saves a group of your installed Claude Code skills under one name. Type /playlist:swift and all 20 skills in that list load in parallel. In the Claude desktop app, a message can't hold more than one slash command, so /a /b /c sends nothing. A playlist is one command. Build and edit lists from Claude's own question panel. Works in the terminal, the desktop app and IDE extensions. Free and open source (MIT).
Hi, I'm Matthew. Claude Code has no saved group of skills. Typing /a /b /c sends nothing in the desktop app, so people paste the same "load these 20 skills" list over and over. A playlist is that list, saved once.
How it works: run /playlist and it walks you through five short steps in Claude's own question panel. Pick the skills by suggestion from your folder, by typing names, or from lists you've loaded together before. Then /playlist:name loads them all and carries on with your request.
Who it's for: anyone with a lot of installed skills who loads the same set again and again.
Good to know: it's free and open source (MIT). It installs with a one-line script into ~/.claude/skills/playlist and needs Python 3.8 or newer. It isn't a /plugin install, because a marketplace update would delete your playlists.
Feedback I'd love: how many skills do you load together, and what would you want a playlist to do that it doesn't?

Who hunted Playlist?
Playlist was hunted by Matthew Voshell. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
